Here at Link Up Lashes we aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction. But we do understand that we are not perfect and sometimes mistakes/ things can happen. If you are unhappy with a service/product we have provided Link Up Lashes encourage our customers to contact us directly on customerservice@linkuplashes.com so we can aim rectify the problem.

 

If you have purchased a product from us and you are not satisfied you are more than welcome to contact us and if recommended by our team, return the product for assessment. You must return the product within 14 days of your original purchase, we will cover any additional costs of shipping and once we have assessed it and confirmed that you meet our criteria for a store credit or exchange we will go ahead and process it. Items that do not meet our criteria will be returned to the original address listed at time of purchase. Please allow 3 weeks for the product to be returned, Link Up Lashes to assess and if approved, a store credit/ exchange to be provided. We highly recommend before contacting us our customers have a read of our Return and No Refund Policy to familiarise themselves with our procedures when it comes to returning a product.
