Domestic Shipping Policy
​
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the contact details you have provided.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
If you have any concerns with your item in transit we recommend contacting Auspost to get an update.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or addresses:
Link Up Lashes ships to P.O Boxes and business/ home addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
Link Up Lashes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:
We currently only ship to Australia, New Zealand and United States.

Returns Policy:
Our Return & No Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. We recommend reading and understanding the Return and No Refund Policy before making a purchase.

*** Due to COVID there may be some unexpected delays to receiving your order. To help alleviate concerns all of our shipping Domestic and International is Tracked and will require Signature on arrival to provide extra assurance for our customers.***

Return & No Refund Policy

Link Up Lashes is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction!

If unsatisfied, customers can return their product within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit if the product meets our exchange/credit criteria at no additional cost! Exchange/ Credit Criteria being: Unworn, Unused, Undamaged and with ALL original packaging intact.
​
Items that are ''On Sale'' in the product description are not eligible to be returned, refunded, credited or exchanged. This includes ALL items in our ''Sale'' sections.

Link Up Lashes has a NO REFUND Policy. Due to the nature of our products, customers who are unsatisfied with their purchase are eligible for a store credit or an exchange after the product has been returned by the customer and assessed by our team. Please allow 3 weeks for the item to be returned and the exchange/ credit to be processed.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the original order date. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address of the original order.
